Here's a post sign I found some years back in a parking lot in Japan. Now, the English translation is bad, but the message is great!
Ecco un cartello che ho trovato in Giappone (Kyoto) un paio di anni fa. La traduzione dal Giapponese all'Inglese e' orribile, ma il messaggio e' bello. Dice "per i proprietari di auto di prestigio! Non siate arroganti, per favore. Il prezzo della vostra auto non ha nulla a che vedere con il vostro valore come esseri umani"

One of my favorite websites is www.engrish.com. People traveling to Asia, and in particular Japan, collect here the funny English text that they find on advertisements, products, translations. My favorite are toilet-related signs. I have collected my good share of funny translations in Japan. Here's a sample.

Snow in Athens/Neve ad Atene

Well, believe it or not, on my trip to Athens in February I got stuck with a snowstorm in Athens. Here are a couple of pics, so you'll believe me. Crazy!!!!

Well, let's see where I've been in the past few months. After Cancun I went home (Italy) for Christmas. In January I've been in LA, then to Athens in February. Now I'm in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Yes, once again for work, but this time I had the chance for a swim!!!! Will post some pics soon. ++++++++++++ Vediamo un po', dove sono stato ultimamente? Dopo Cancun sono andato a casa in Italia per Natale, poi a Los Angeles in Gennaio ed Atene in Febbraio. Adesso sono
a Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Per lavoro, non crediate. Stavolta sono riuscito ad infilarci un bagno, pero'. Vi mandero' delle foto a breve.
